PETROLERN’s Director, Dr Hamed Soroush, gave a presentation to the Argentinian O&G Institute’s Geomechanics Commission on the 8th August 2018 titled “Anisotropy Effect on Mechanical Behavior of Vaca Muerta Shale with Implications in Drilling and Fracturing”. The presentation was well attended by people from industry and academia and was followed by a good Q&A session at the end. Thanks to Dr. Humberto M. Celleri for organizing this technical presentation.
